Aah~! How I was screaming with excitement when I saw Tesshou appear!
And he is voiced by the same seiyuu who voiced Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho, Nobuyuki Hiyama 檜山 修之! Though I'd imagine him having a more boyish voice. And he is depicted as having blond hair in the manga, so I don't know why is his hair brown here.
