I went back for about a week and only returned last Friday.
And that's with heaving my luggage all the way from the train right up to the VISA centre to collect my passport before actually hitting home.
The fun part is right after I reach home, I have to drive out again to pick up Audi who's also coming back on the same day; in fact, she's the one that dropped me off the train station in Ipoh. This is the furthest I ever drove a manual car to! I'm so proud of myself. HAHA.
The express train now only takes 2 hours and 13 minutes from here to Ipoh. The down part is that they keep replaying the same Tom & Jerry again and again without audio.
All I do back there is eat and laze!!
One it's because there's nothing much to do there other than the occasional loitering and not-so-up-to-date karaoke. There's only two shopping malls which are not so giant; Jusco and Parade. I went to both twice in the same week. I guess everyone does know everyone at some point because my relatives keep waving to strangers; people that they know. Ipoh is a small town. Kuala Kangsar is an even smaller small small town.
Two it's because it's eateries everywhere and anytime.
HAH! I think this is my longest stay ever.
Even the dusk there are more awesome.
Ipoh is the new holiday destination yo!
