Recently we switched to keeping guppies and other small colourful fishes.
We bought a good amount of fishes and the thing about having many colourful fishes in the tank makes you sit and stare at them all day.
My Mom does that.
I think I just take a look everytime I pass by.
Anyway, out of that many looks I took, I actually spotted baby fishes! So one of the guppies gave birth! It took almost invincible eyes to spot them because they can camouflage against the pebbles. I was so excited that I told my Mom immediately early in the morning.
I took half an hour separating the remaining three from other adult fishes fearing that they will eat them.
Then Mom decides to separate another pregnant mommy. She even custom made a net for her.

Unfortunately momma fish died before she can give birth! Dad was saying how we should just leave them be. Hmm.
But we still have the babies! I'm so excited!
I'm like the papa fish or something.
Now I know how Yannie's dad feels. LOL!
