Captain America

I finally get to watch it!

Premier class! Seats more comfy =P

But nothing beats the beauty of Chris Evans!
In my defense, I don't watch the movie because of him. I saw the trailer and thought that the story could be really nice. Ever since this one movie that I forgot, I have been triggered into a love for superhero movies. So when the Green Lantern and Captain America came about, I was really excited. In the end I didn't get to watch Green Lantern, but I know I must catch Captain America.

The story begins in 1940s with him being a small and thin man but having big dreams to serve his country in World War II. After being enlisted by a doctor (I love this character too), he was injected with serums that repairs and reproduces cell at an inhumane speed, which makes him superhuman. The thing about Captain America is that he is not invincible. He's not super such as Superman or Spiderman, there's a degree of reality to his superiority. He fought for his country and I just admire the spirit he has. The villain, who supposedly is an ally of Adolf Hitler is played by Hugo Weaving, who is another of my favourite actor.

The only flaw in the movie is the action coordination. I spot so many chances where he could have been killed or discovered in action. In some scenes, it's almost impossible that the enemy pawns couldn't see or kill him! Also, I'm still having a hard time digesting the ending as he didn't die (which I expected) but have been comatose for 70 years, which makes him not having a girlfriend. I am still unsure if I should be happy about him not getting together with the female lead. Yes, I have a knack of hating female leads. Anyway, he lives and I know there'll be a sequel.

I swooned throughout the whole movie because Chris Evans is so mesmerizing and I think Tenshin actually died as he couldn't stand me constantly drooling over Mr. Evans. BUT I DON'T CARE!

I first spotted the actor in the movie The Losers (I totally couldn't recall him in Fantastic Four) which is a good one. I quite fancy the movie. Him in the movie is more comedic and I love the part where he infiltrate the building by singing Don't Stop Believing out loud from the lobby into the elevator, making his infiltration so successful. Hahaa! That's how he made a mark in my head. Then I saw him again in Scott Pilgrim vs The World. Now here he is! As Captain America!

I'M INFATUATED! OH GOSH <3

Akira will surely agree he's my type.
Heeeeeeeee.
