Big Fish!

Hohoho!

Dad got big fish!
He said it's called 大头pok. Haha.

*Proud*

Mom, Audi and I took about half an hour or more butchering the fish.
Its scales are so tiny despite its size so it's not easy de-scaling it. LOL.

Wee~

The Last Concubine

DONE ^__^

This book did not disappoint me!
Initially I bought it for a try out, where if I don't like it I can return it for a buy back price. But now that I actually like the book, I am keeping it =)

It's written by a western author, no doubt, but the author did an excellent job in describing every detail of the lives in Edo period and it's downfall. The details of the women's status and lives, each and every thing is nicely embedded in the book. It is a fictional story but it's elements of history is not light which is to my taste.

For the first time in reading novels, I actually don't know what to expect out of the ending of this book. Normally when I read a novel, there is an ideal ending that I want, or expect an ending to be as such. However, when I read this book, I am afraid of reaching the end because I don't want to surprise myself with an outrageous ending. Somehow, it ended not-so-suprising after all, though there's still this part which changes about the male character that I don't quite like.

I have to agree with the author's difficulty in developing a love story in an era where love does not exist, how difficult it is to lay down the whole story. Still, she did. Bravo!

To those who have no interest in Japanese history, it's a boring book.
To them who does, it's a recommended read.

Jaana!

Merry Christmas!

This holiday it's been a lot of going out.
Having a holiday and not having one serves not much difference actually, apart from the absence of some books that I cannot remember what they are about XD

My aunt came from Ipoh and we of course have to serve the best hospitality by bringing them around, though it's shopping, shopping and more shopping that they're looking forward to.
They have a GPS but after learning that even with GPS they took two hours to reach Pavilion KL is not so convincing. Haha. So there goes tour guide me ^__^

Karaoke in Genting!

Earrings are Christmas present from my sister! Loves!

Nicholas! When he was young he used to stick to me like elephant glue. Look at him now!! =D

Cheese!!

I-City!

I-City, a plot of land of lights, lights, lights, lights and lights. And lights. And lights, lights, lights ....
... lights, lights, lights AND LIGHTS ONLY.

Christmas this year is a little different for me.

I went to Genting on Christmas eve with my college mates, also considered my first independent trip.
The account of the trip can be found here.
Lazy lah XP

I went to Genting twice in six days, first round with my family and the second with my college mates. It's a bit too much so I guess I won't be going to Genting for some time. Haha.
Oh oh and I successfully sneaked into the casino =D

Dinner!

Yipeee!

Present exchange ceremonies =D

Merry Christmas =)

Facon Edu Fair & The Other Thing ♥

Company Law assignment over and done with!
The best celebration of all is the holidays.

Soooooo, I finished it about 0400 on the due date.
Haha! I know, it's unlike me but let's just let there be this one time? =D
Yesterday, I went for karaoke with the girls. Had fun even though my throat is breaking. Took nice pictures! I think I'm beginning to like those instant cameras; the effect is different from the digital ones.
In between, Mr. William called me to ask if I want to work for the education fair in which I said yes right away so on such a fine Saturday, I went to work. I am glad I did, despite what happened.

My first time in PWTC. I was a little confused on its whereabouts but still made it there on time. Once Mr. William came and gave me the exhibitor's tag I went in and helped out.
When I walked into the lower hall, there was about two rows of Beijing University booths which amazed me. In the upper hall, I was stunned by the more rows of Japanese University booths.
So, I got excited. Haha.

Today is quite quiet. Not many came, in which I think it's because there's another education fair in MidValley. I gave about two consultations before this Kyushu Institute of Technology booth right in front of ours caught my attention *winks*

Cute guy!! Among all the older Japanese men! So, I got further excited.
Mr. Das came later with all his fan and pens he got from Toyama University and encouraged us to go and get them too =.=
LOL. I told him how I don't want the pens or fan but the young man =P
Fellow collegemates who were working there and I were discussing on how cute the guy is, bla bla bla XD
Mr. Das told us that they were giving out free rulers and told us to go and get them. For some reason or another he loves getting free stuffs. Hahaha!
And me, being innocent and shy *cough* did not. Okay lame.

Anyway, after a while, I think Mr. Das couldn't take my constant silent swooning towards the cute guy so he decided to call him over.
Nah, tried stopping him but to no avail. He called the guy "Ah boy" ! Hahaha!!
At first the guy looked confused and frowned. He looked at Mr. Das, who was waving at him to come over. After a second or two, he walked over.

And I experienced one of the most embarrassing moments in my life.

Mr. Das: Hi, these girls were saying that they want to be your friend. They say you very cute and handsome.

I don't know how to react, forgot how I reacted and don't know how am I supposed to react. I was standing there, stunned and shocked.
At that moment, I was with another female collegemate, only the two of us.
The guy just laughed, nodded and say "Can, can, can."
The similar conversation went on and I am just speechless.

But I was giggling! Goodness!

Mr. Das asked what's his name and all. And again mentioned that we wanted to be his friends =.=
By this time, other collegemates had came over.
So, he wrote down his email and his name.
I asked him if I can add him on Facebook and he went "Yes yes yes"
Hahaha! I very thick face hor?
Takpe la, excited ma. First time weh!

Then Mr. Das revealed his true intentions; he asked the guy for more rulers. LOL!
But he did asked the guy to bring some for us also. So the poor embarrassed guy went and got the rulers for us. Yay! I have it in my pencil case now =D
He said he's staying with UPM in Serdang now, in which Mr. Das HAS to say "Oh, so near ma! Then can become friends, can go out (gestures to me) can pak to"

I think I should have ran away. But I didn't, I stood there, AND GIGGLED.
I think I should kill myself now for not running away. And for giggling.

After he left, Mr. Das shoved me the paper with the guy's email.
I snatched it lah of course! Hahaha!!

I didn't stand in front anymore after the conversation. I went for lunch and when I came back, I went to the other side. Embarrassed lah okay.
By the time I decided to stand in front, he left. Aww.

It's okay, I got his email =P

And now I don't know whether I should add him. I must have looked like some desperate idiot.
How now? Kekekeke.

It's Genting with the family tomorrow!
Excited! I want to take many many pictures tomorrow!
I asked my Dad if I can drive up and surprisingly, he said yes! Then he added, "I'll take other transport." Yeesh! Hahaha.

Happieeeeeeeee~! Weeeeee~!

Rapunzel

Finally had the right mood to write this!

I think it has been long since I'm impressed by Disney.
Ever since awesome movies like The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Meet The Robinsons, this movie brought my faith back in Disney.

I love EVERYTHING about this movie.
The plot, the voice actors, the animation, the songs.
I watched TWICE in the cinemas. I was teary the first round so the second round I made sure I cry out. Hah.
Rapunzel is soooooo cute! I would want hair like that.
And the frying pan =D And Pascal.
And Eugene!
Prince Eric from the Little Mermaid used to be my number one prince, followed by Prince Phillip from Sleeping Beauty. Now Prince Eugene goes RANK S!
They did some modification to the story but somehow it fits perfectly.

I am swooooooning over Prince Eugene:gosh:

Still am!!! :skipping:

Chapel Diamond Ocean

This is where I will get married ♥

Location: Okinawa, Japan.
A chapel belonged the Okinawa Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa.

Hwang Tae Kyung

Rather than waiting silently and crying my heart out, I shall replace you.

Hwang Tae Kyung!
He's a fictional character that I found in the drama You're Beautiful, played by actor Jang Geun Suk. The actor himself is cute but mind, it's the character that I like.

Aki-chan, you will see why =D

He has the Soubi feel!

The soft and kind Soubi.

The mean and cruel Soubi.

The cute and childish Soubi.

He's almost Soubi in real life.
There are parts of him that are unlike Soubi but I don't dislike those nonetheless.
His voice is silky and silvery, almost like Takehito Koyasu. Deep and resounding.
Hwang Tae Kyung!
Such a perfect person to me. Though so, he is still a fictional character.

The real man behind the eyeliner, Jang Geun Suk.

The actor has to keep a cool face throughout the drama because when he smiles, he's too cute for the character. Haha!
Plus points: He speaks JAPANESE ♥ And has voice like Koyasu-kun that reflects nothing of his cute face.

Perfection.

Butchery

HELLO!

Lucky =D
Squeezing into a tiny spot. She thinks she's mini.
Nail polishing.
My cosmetics. How conservative have I turned? Hah.

Now, the butchery part.
Last few days Dad brought home fishes from his fishing trip. Alive. Mom was to clean them up and keep them in the fridge. But since Mom is feeling lazy, I offered to do it!!

I have to admit, it feels cruel seeing the gills still gasping for air, the desperate eyes and the body wriggling whenever it feels movement against it.
When I cut the catfish apart, I can see the tiny heart is still beating.
To use my bare hands and pull out all the internal organs, to tear it's gills off. It's a whole new experience, not to mention that the gills actually spikes.
I chopped the head off altogether after failing to pull out its gills.
The second round came with a normal snapper (?). I knocked it dead so that it stops moving before I can scale it. Mind , catfish has no scales. The snapper (?) went well =D

I have now acquired the skills of fishing from the pond right up its place on the dinner table!

Bon apetit!

I bet after my story none of you are having any appetite anymore XD

The week passed quick. I had another photo shoot! This time, it's in a moot court. And I might be doing another one with full formal attire.
Hopefully this time we won't eat up class time =/ I felt really bad for letting the lecturer wait. But again, why should I take the blame? It's not my class alone. The students in my group never really turned up.
For the past weeks, the number of students that attend the Company Law tutorial of my group never exceed four. No joke. Though so, I enjoy tutorial. I have to partly thank them for not attending because now the lecturer pays more attention to us few. We get more space and time to ask questions, to learn more.

Ahh.

My Mondays are occupied by extra Evidence classes. As if Wednesday is not enough. Well, that's the case for our lecturer. Wednesday went by with Evidence, photoshoot and me missing Company Law tutorial.

Thursday. Lecture at the new building.
It's very nice albeit the smell. Haha. Paint.
They have pool tables, which we enjoyed during our lunch break. Had my second go on pool! It's hard leh. Hahahaha. Now I am a noob in something.

Friday.
We went through three hours of Land Law lecture. It wasn't hectic but it sure drags on forever.
What with my constant coughing, I think everyone in the class is annoyed by it. I'm so worn that I slept three hours straight after I had lunch.

Today.
Shopping!
So much for Company Law assignment. Speaking of which, I'm lost for words. I can't find my expressions anywhere. I spilled my arguments without noticing. Distractions called me from everywhere. This is going to be a longer weekend.

Goodnight!
