LAS VACAS

Like finally! Haha!

For Marcus' birthday, a big bunch went to this very celebrated place by Ernest and Marcus, Las Vacas.

History: It was Marcus who found this shop, won the eating competition with 1.31kg of beef and introduced it to Ernest, who got addicted to it like no one's business.

I was being noisy about them not bringing me there despite being the food hunting people and so I suggested Las Vacas to celebrate Marcus' birthday where my ultimate purpose is to dine there :D

I quit my job yesterday.

I know what I said to myself. For this once, I'll admit that I'm weak.

But I still have to work until this Friday. I'm going to miss the kids, especially ZhenQuan.

Haha.

I thought him Spelling today on the five senses; touch, taste, hear, smell and see.

For the word smell, he can only pronounced it as "miao". LOL!!!

That is so cute and I cannot stop laughing.

In the end he got most correct and I let him off.

KL Library ; Birthdays II

There's no class today :D

So I bajet rajin and decided to go to the national library.

Then Allan called to tell that it is closed on Mondays. Congratulations.

Marcus, KeanHoe and I went to KL Library instead.

This is the first time I am here.

Conclusion: I didn't do anything much at all except for reading non-related books and day-dreaming.

Right after I dropped Marcus and KeanHoe off at college, I flied to Mom's office to wait for her to get off work.

I waited and waited.

Her boss decided to have a last minute meeting.

And so I waited and waited.

Did I mention my Mom has gone to China for work?

No? Now I did.

Well, she's coming back tonight anyway. But since I have the car, my sister, brother and I decided to go on an outing to Leisure Mall, somewhere near where we can spent time together.

After walking around, I demanded to have our dinner at A&W.

Not that the food is exquisitely nice, but the place has a lot of memories.

When the three of us are still young brats, Mom used to take us here and spends the time. The four of us would then share a large root beer, with her constantly watching the amount of us consuming. It was fun.

Here I am, grown up and all, still at the same place =)

Lee did not kill me today. Why?

Because I'm the only student there today. If he kills me then he have no student for the day.

Apparently another two students called and said they're not coming on the last minute. And Lee doesn't have my number. So class is just me and him.

But it's good because he is friendlier in person :D

Teh Tarik

Teh tarik is NOT my thing.

I don't mind sacrificing for coffee.

But not for teh tarik.

The effect lasted for nine hours today; at this time, I'm still hyper like nobody's business.

No more stuff like this for me.

Bodoh-ness

This post is offensive, I'll warn readers this much.

I'd read Yannie's post on idiots and I find I am very much in the same situation as her; dealing with bodoh people.

Oh and allow me to use the word bodoh instead of stupid or idiot because I felt I haven't use it in a very long time.

It's not that I discriminate people with low intelligence, but they really do get on my nerves. Especially when you have to clean up their mess, thanks to their bodoh-ness.

Let's take an example.

I went to work as usual today.

And as usual, I was given a job of photocopying.

This time, I was told to photocopy a few chapters from a book.

And the interesting thing is, they're copying the book page for page, bind it up and label it as their (as in the tuition centre) own book with their stupid childish cover in front.

Me : Er, why don't you just ask the students to get the book? They're paying anyway.

Bodoh colleague : No, no. The teacher only uses the important part of the book.

Me : (Thinks; but I'm copying this book page for page?)

Bodoh colleague : It's like that. Students come here and uses our book.

Me : Our book? But it's totally photocopied from this book?

Bodoh colleague : (Stares)

Me : Oooookay.

Here, please note the "our". Seriously! It's daylight robbery!

I felt bad for the book publisher.

And, what is the point of photocopying? Get the book and time, effort and costs are saved.

And in accordance to this, there's really dumb things she made me do which makes me, feel bodoh.

Do you really need to photocopy the transport list EVERYDAY? Don't the driver knew enough already?

And there she is, talking about how the A4 papers are expensive and we should save.

WTF?

Oh and the photocopy thing? And the "our" book thing?

It happens to every single book the centre self-claimed, published for the students.

I feel like burying my face somewhere sometimes.

Bodoh people.

What else can I say?

Note that I'm meeting a lot of other bodoh people recently.

Is this a seasonal thing??

Another bodoh human I met today is the speaker for Westlaw. Real bodoh-ness! AND LAME-ness!

These people should be shot to death!

A Wonderful (?) Weekend

I had a good weekend. Minus the pain :D

Yesterday when we're at our grandmother's place, Dad called to inform Uncle Sar is here!!!

So Mom, sister and I flew to Jusco to meet up with them.

Uncle Sar and Aunt Alice. Thomas was with his cousins so he wasn't there.

Accompanied Aunt Alice to shop while they catch up with Mom.

My parents and Uncle Sar used to be schoolmates and really good friends, if I hadn't already mention this.

Aunt Alice got herself a bag and everyone is happy.

We went for dinner around my housing area and they left for Genting today.

Aww, it'll be another period of time before I can see them again.

Well, my aunts came with the idea of visiting grandfather because he was admitted to the hospital and is discharged recently.

So with them visiting my not-feeling-so-good grandfather, I don't know if I should mark this as a good event.

My Book

No one came and return me my book.

I waited and waited yet no one comes up to me and return me my baby book.

Why would anyone want to steal a book? Seriously.

My book is still so new.. And very much untouched.

And now it's away from me.

Maybe because Mom changed the food brand.

Both of them are so cute today. Cuddly!

Seriously, if my neighbour doesn't want to take good care of their dog, I would talk to my Mom to take in the dog.

I left my Public Law book in college

If it's the red, thin one I don't mind.

BUT IT'S THE THICK, MOST EXPENSIVE BOOK I'VE BOUGHT, AUDI WENT ALL THE WAY TO KLCC TO BUY FOR ME PUNYE WHITE BOOK!!!!!!

Darn!! Honto, how can I ever forget??

Only this morning I was thinking to myself; would it be possible if I forgot the book and left it at the seat while I board the train and go?

In the end, I left the book, not at the train station but college.

It's jinx!

And my friends couldn't track the book down at college. Someone has definitely took it. It's just a matter of returning it to me or not.

Rafe's Birthday ; Handsome Spamming

Audi and I made and effort to celebrate her brother's birthday.

Initially we planned to take him down to Ampang for some AliBaba Iranian food but it was kinda too late. So we moved on to movies.

We landed on the decision that we should watch Clash Of The Titans.

But all the tickets were sold out when we reached Jusco, even those for the later times.

The second alternative is to get a meal somewhere nice.

However, deep down ; Clash Of The Titans!!!!

死都要看!!!

So we sneaked to the news-stand and peeked into the newspaper.

There's one at Cheras Leisure Mall at 2345.

Though initially we wanted to go there for Sakae Sushi, the mall started closing.

So we bought the 2345 tickets and have almost two hours to spent.

We went to this place.

Stupid roti canai cost that much???

Stupid ABC costs ten bucks??????

Cousin Raphael ordered the ten bucks ABC nonetheless.

When cousin Raphael cannot finish his food, it meant that the food really sucked.

Remember, do not go to this restaurant.

On Sunday, I followed baby Siongie to her church for Easter celebration.

Played some games.

Felt kinda awkward when they're worshipping but it is altogether a very good experience.

Made new friends :D
