CL 101; Prefects' Feast???

Wooh! Criminal Law babeh!

It's exciting, but I think I picked one question wrongly.
But what's done is done. So be it =D

And I'm informed that we're due set to plan the prom.
Shigoto, shigoto *shakeshead*
We're a little late to start, so there'll be a lot to do in a short span of time.
Extensive and intensive!

Since there's nothing else to talk about, I'll get something to blog about, which is my sister's prefect's feast.

Theme: Twilight Fantasy
Venue: Palace Of The Golden Horses

Raymond would know how I feel to this. It's crap.

The supposedly feast is only a high-tea. I guess that is still fine. But with RM65 per student, I do not think it is an expensive price to go somewhere where you can have lunch OR dinner at the very least. Mind you, the price paid is not for some ballroom crap, it's only a restaurant.

Let's analyse this.

If they're paying that much only for high-tea but with a so-called glamorous place, then they're just plain shallow.
But I wouldn't blame them, they're kids after all.
Still, I remember not wanting high-tea when it was my time to plan. I opted for dinner instead but of all reasons they can give me is that it's late and most of them need to pray. Fine.

What's really ridiculous is that they wanted a good-rated place at a cheap price.
It's not impossible but we need sponsors. This is not difficult either, unless people found that you're trying to be glamorous while only being prefects in a kampung high school.
Oh there's one factor that people MAY consider; that your principal is the Puan Sri something.
Again, that will make people think, why can't the Puan Sri sponsor some herself?

Apparently she's too stingy to the point that students have to pay for her to come.
That's so nice, isn't it??

Also, take note that some of the organisers are Form 6 students.
I am sure they know how to do researches. The average lunch buffet at Shogun costs less than RM60 on a weekend! Or dinner buffet at Saisaki.
And read the comments too, shallow people.
Ahh. They need to grow some brain.
Especially if they're doing Form 6.

Next, the theme is crap. Did I mention this already?
*scrolls up and read* Oh yes I did.
But mentioning it again wouldn't hurt, because it's so corny.
And it has nothing to do with Twilight.
Ahh, but that's not too bad, because Twilight suck as well.
My point is, if there's no sticking to theme, don't come up with one, it's redundant.

Oh, and what's the even sadder part is teachers do play a role in planning.
And they CANNOT do something about it.
Cry, my friends.

Since it's the prefect's feast, it's meant for the prefects who are to graduate.
It's their day, their call.
But how weird and funny do you think it is for the teachers who attended (on the students' money!!!! Fucking leechers!) to stare at your legs because your dress does not touch the floor.
Poor my sister who couldn't show off her sexy back, needing to wear something to cover it.
Again, having conservative people who thinks that if one can't wear it, so does everyone doesn't help. So yeah, another sad point.

The feast is to start at 1500.
Guess what time do they have to gather at the school for the bus?
1245!!! Bloody 1245!!!
They need to allocate two hours for the teachers and stingy Puan Sri to arrive. Oh I wouldn't be surprised, considering my past experiences.
And once they arrive, they have to give stupid and repeating speeches. For at least 30 minutes.
So they start at 1600, from what I was told.
And the time they booked for is until 1700.
Excellent. What with the waiters threatening to stop serving half an hour later.
That just screams: Stuff yourselves, people!!!!! FAST!

I'm just a sadistic.
If that is what you prefer to think *wink*

There wasn't anything in the setting of the venue that hinted at the theme. But anyways, they had a "stuff yourself with all you can eat within an hour" competition hahahahaha =p

Sushi buffet sounds nice but then there wouldn't be any form of entertainment wohhh....

Who needs entertainment and speeches when you have delicacies in front of you??
