Anyways, back to the topic.
My PERFECT BUTLER.

He will acquire the knowledge no less that any perfect butler should.

A performer once in a while, this never fails, no matter in ballroom dancing to instruments.

Being an excellent cook is one of the priorities.

In terms of showing off hospitality, he will able to ensure the guests experience the best in their lives.

Capable of handling things from managing his mistress to skills in gardening.

Also, he will know the best knowledge of winery to provide the best meal.

No doubt, there he is, able to read his mistress' mind and attend to her without her needing to say a word.

Ability in him to protect her mistress must not be forgotten.

Yes, nothing less, for I will not accept anything less.

And what wonders me more than ever tonight is to know that Kuroshitsuji is returning with a second season. I am waiting. Impatiently.

Apple Pie~!

Suddenly my house became a saloon.
Haha.




Later, I decided to bake Apple Pie!
I referred to my sifu, Kaori-chan and Aki-chan and done a little research on the internet.
In the end, I didn't use any measurement or whatsoever.
I decided to go by instinct. BIG risk.
I learned how to make dough back when the three of us make gingerbreadman last Christmas. So, I did it accordingly.

Basically you need flour, butter, some salt and water. Use instincts. Haha. After you get this soft dough, get the wrapping plastic and wrap it and chuck it in the freezer.

Next, you quarter and core the apples. Throw them into boil in super sugary water. Boil until the apples turn transparency and the water reduced to one third.

While waiting, roll out the frozen dough and laid it in a baking pan. Pour the cooled apples and sugar water along. Again, not too much. Use instincts.

After it's done, take flour and butter. Make the CRUMBLE to sprinkle and cover the top. Remember, it's crumble, not dough.

Preheat oven for 220 degree and dump it in for approximately 40-50 minutes. But I did it less that 45 minutes because it's brown enough and the juice are boiling!! ^_^

The top doesn't really look nice because I didn't flattened it nicely. I'm lazy, you see.

But no. I have class on Thursday, Friday AND SATURDAY.

Korean Cuisine

Went for a dinner with Kaori-chan and Victoria today after class in the Korean Village in Ampang.

The street which consists of ONLY Korean restaurants.

This is the one we ate at, Restoran Korean; Seoul Jung.

Then go upstairs to the first floor* the restaurant have to pay me comission for doing this*

It feels homey. They have a TV set and all. So it really feels like home. You can choose to take off your shoes and sit on mats or on chairs, either way is fine.

Kimchi Jigae is kimchi stew. You know what is kimchi. They have these small side dishes that comes with it.

Victoria's Bi Bim Bap. It's rice with vegetables where you mix everything together.

My Jjajangmyun!!! The noodles are really springy! For those who don't know YET, I'm on a mission to look for the ULTIMATE Jjajangmyun!

In the end, Bi Bim Bap CLEARED!

Jjajangmyun CLEARED! Though the sauce has not enough flavour to it.

Kimchi Jigae receives a thumbs-down from Kaori-chan and no one can finish it because the taste is soooo heavy. Very spicy, very salty and very sour.

We went to the convenient store just downstairs and I got my Chocopie.

After the dinner then only I realise I didn't take a picture of myself. So, this is to compensate the loss!! And that's a frozen ice-cream. It's really nice.

All in all I don't find Korean food nice because I'm not a spicy-sour person.

I like the taste alone.

But I have to say Korean have very good rice. The rice are super yummy and sticky and delicious. I'm a person who cannot live without rice, so rice is really important to me. The rice is really good.

If you guys wants to try this restaurant, go ahead but don't order the Kimchi Jigae and the Jjajangmyun.

And if anyone decides to go there, call me.

And be my driver too. Haha!
